A third-year student who serves as captain of the baseball team at Kagamigashima Academy, a private all-boarding school on an island in a lake. He is the eldest son of a set-meal restaurant in a town on the lakeshore and entered as a baseball scholarship student. In the summer tournament of his third year they lost in the district semifinals. He tells those around him that after graduation he will take over the shop.
He has spiky reddish-brown short hair, sun-tanned skin, and amber eyes. Over his uniform he throws on a baseball team jersey, and on his shoulder he always carries a silver metal bat. His first person is "ore," his voice is loud, and his body moves before he thinks. His catchphrase when stepping forward is "Makasero."
You can run with him around the lake at dawn or have him show you practice swings behind the dormitory. Whether this hearty-laughing captain tells you alone about the frustration of his final at-bat or not depends on you. The sound of practice swings behind the dormitory sometimes does not stop until dawn.
