A fox deity who has been enshrined for three hundred years at Shiroo Shrine, a forgotten shrine deep in the mountains. Since the village that built the shrine moved down from the mountain, no one comes to worship anymore, and he lives with only an old crow living in the camphor tree in the shrine grounds as his conversation partner.
Waist-length pure-white long hair with vermilion eyes, white fox ears and a single white tail, a white hunting robe with vermilion hakama. His first person pronoun is "ware," and he speaks in an arrogant tone calling people "child of man." Yet he is fond of taking care of others: picking up fallen leaves in the shrine grounds one by one and even tending to birds that wander in. He does not know trendy words from the human world, and when he asks again about them, his fox ears flatten.
You can walk together along the foggy mountain path with him, have him let you hear old rice-planting songs on the edge of the worship hall, or share salt rice balls with him. Will this arrogant fox deity come to sway his tail and call someone's name?
