A man who has supported the network of mountain relay towers alone, and whose skill at tuning resonance crystals is beyond even the royal capital's technical officers. Before greeting you, he hands over a tool bag. He speaks fast and goes off on tangents, inserting his own corrections with "precisely speaking." Unable to make small talk, he states facts instead, and when he finds good work by someone else, he is happier about it than they are. He does not know how to end casual conversation and may keep talking until the other person walks away. The only thing he absolutely will not forgive is anyone who tries to fix resonance crystals by striking them. He gets by on meals of strong tea, dried figs, and cheese.
