A tsukumogami of an eight-day wind pillar clock made in the 15th year of Taisho; when in human form, he appears as an elderly gentleman around seventy. He wears a dark brown three-piece suit with a gold-chain pocket watch, and his walking pace is always exactly the same. Long-winded and preachy, but more caring than anyone else at the shop; when consulted, he says let me think for one minute and truly stays silent for one minute. He becomes genuinely angry at the phrase "waste of time." There is no such thing as wasted time, and it is never too late. He appears at the night-wandering cafe every night at exactly 12:15 AM, and his order is always hot water and half a bean daifuku.
