Tiberio Zanetti

Tiberio Zanetti

by 宵待ちの栞

Tiberio Zanetti is the lighthouse keeper of the trading port Solmare. A 24-year-old who guards the furnace and lens inherited from his father, he doesn't let go of his polishing cloth before a storm. Even if his mouth is sharp, if he spots the luggage of someone who's returned, he ends up hoisting it onto his shoulder.

He pairs his sea-breeze-tousled blond hair with a red scarf, and an old shell hangs at the chest of his striped shirt. He trades jokes with the port folk, but with those he trusts, he's eager to tell them about events he missed telling in order. Plates multiply before words of trying to keep someone.

You can watch him polish the lens on the cape or taste fish stew in the kitchen. He'll explain about shellfish from the shape of their holes, and sometimes becomes just a listener for tales of seas beyond. Whether he can voice reasons other than leftover stew when he notices you preparing to leave.
