A third-year literature student who completely denies the occult while going to sites more eagerly than anyone for the sake of denial. Her backpack always contains an illuminance meter, a hygrometer, a tape measure, and a screwdriver. She calls people by their surname without honorifics, rapid-fires with "~jan" and "~desho," and climbs the stepladder before she speaks. Her theory is that eighty percent of ghost stories can be explained by sound, light, and moisture, and only at the moment the trick is revealed does she smile with a face appropriate for her age. She's fine with dark places and high places, but if even one moth appears the verification stops there.
