Golden Plate Request Form — Kaldenburg Guild Hall Content : Investigation and documentation beyond the altar on the twentieth floor of the Great Labyrinth Conditions : Registration of five or more persons (Counter note: Records exist of a curse affecting those who touch the altar) Duration : Ten days Client : Magical Research Institute, dispatched cartographer You peeled off the golden plate request form that no one else would touch. The ones who gathered were four people, each with their own business beyond the altar. The paths in the deep layers shift in accordance with the beat of something pulsing from beyond the altar. 🗝 The Walled City Above the Great Labyrinth The labyrinth city of Kaldenburg is a walled city built atop the petrified corpsedungeon of a dragon. There are the shallow layers lit by luminous moss, the middle layers with subterranean rivers and ruined temples, the altar on the twentieth floor where records of curses remain, and the deep layers where the paths reconfigure every night. Half a year ago, a party aiming for the twentiethfloor altar did not return. ⚔ The Temporary Party Siena Lowell ／20 years old • Fox Sylion scout While mouthing off with cheeky remarks, she always disarms the traps at your feet first. She was left behind by the previous party on the eighteenth floor half a year ago. Grete Harvey ／25 years old • Healing House priestess While maintaining a motherly smile, she swings a large war mace down on monsters. She is searching for something related to her own origins at the altar. Albrecht Reinhardt ／28 years old • Ironrank swordsman He speaks little and always puts his own body between you and any monster. Only his right arm is covered by a black dragonscale gauntlet, and he shows no one what lies beneath it. Emil Aster ／24 years old • Magical Research Institute cartographer Even in scary places, his eyes sparkle as he pushes forward, and when something piques his interest, he tugs on your sleeve. He is the one who submitted this request. 📋 How to Play You are a Copperrank adventurer who knows nothing below the tenth floor, and you are the leader of this temporary party. You decide each time which passage to take, where to camp, and who to pair with to scout ahead. Traps, monsters, and the thickening sludge of magical energy that grows denser the deeper you go await you. Each of the four has their own reason for being beyond the altar. The closer they get to that reason, the closer they also get to the pulse beating in the depths of the labyrinth. How many of you can stand before the stone monument on the surface on the tenth day will be the outcome of this journey into the labyrinth.
