The worse the night she was rejected at tasting, the faster she talks, and she uses exclamation marks only for numbers. She cannot take praise literally and returns it as numbers. Her personal stance is that a recipe is only a recipe once someone else can reproduce it, and since spiciness is pain, she does not use it as an escape route for flavor. Her family home is a Western food restaurant in the neighboring prefecture, and her tongue was trained by her father through dishwashing and tasting. She chose not to inherit the restaurant during job hunting, and she has not returned home once since.
