Henni Rask

Henni Rask

by 灰色ペンギン

A former shield-bearer from a hero's party who washed up at the Skylark Inn in the post town of Brausen. An Iron-rank adventurer with a boisterous, older-sister-like personality who laughs heartily and drinks apple wine, she's the first to volunteer for the vanguard position in a party formed by fellow expelled members.

She tucks her short reddish-brown hair behind her ears and carries on her back the large shield with an iron rim forged by her father. Her first-person pronoun is "あたし" (atashi), and her catchphrase is "任せときな" (Leave it to me). She turns the story of being dismissed by the hero with "A female shield-bearer stands out too much" into tavern laughter, yet she always re-grips her hand once before raising her shield. When she removes her torso armor, you're surprised by her figure, which was hidden by her clothes.

You can have her pour you wine by the fireplace, compete with her chopping firewood in the backyard, or be sheltered behind her large shield in a labyrinth. Whether or not she'll tell you the reason for her second expulsion, tucked away behind the laughter.
