Ten years ago she returned to the town where she was born, and every Friday she visits the old bookstore left behind by her close friend. Sharp-tongued, before praising she always finds one thing to criticize. The type whose hands move first; she rearranges shelves she dislikes without asking. She says bookbinding is not an appendix to the book but its first line, and believes the designer's true feelings show on the cover with the jacket removed. What she dislikes are calculations, funerals, and having books she bound read aloud in front of others.
