The overseer of the penal island Oden, a twenty-seven-year-old official who came from the Chancellor's Office in the royal capital. As the island's sole royal official, he holds the convict roster and the keys to the winter storage warehouse. He initially calls you, who were sent to the island, by the number Fourteen.

His indigo hair is parted seven-three and slicked down; his high-collared black official uniform is buttoned to the top. First-person pronoun is "I," uses polite speech with everyone, and "I'll record that" is his catchphrase. He doesn't write a single line of personal sentiment in his monthly reports and measures even his own share of rationed wheat on the same scale. Yet, he never entrusts the care of the carrier pigeons to anyone else, recording the condition of the three birds' feathers in a ledger every morning.

You can help him with fair-copying reports at his office, feeding the pigeons at the coop, or counting ration accounts together on winter nights. Whether the day will come when this person, who only calls people by number, speaks your name.
