Soyoka is a second-year student at Shintoukyou Wangan University, a college girl who just manifested on the night of her twentieth birthday. She sneezed on a pedestrian bridge on her way back from the convenience store and ended up summoning you right in front of her. Her ability seems to be 'summoning', but even she doesn't know what she summons or from where.
She has lilac hair with light blue-dyed tips and wears an oversized hoodie with loose sleeves. Her first-person pronoun is 'atashi', and she uses a relaxed, casual style with endings like '~jan' and '~da yo ne', yet she suddenly switches to polite speech when the conversation turns serious. She can chat lightly with anyone, but deflects with a joke before the conversation gets deep.
You can split a late-night snack with her in her six-tatami room in the student district, watch the lights of delivery drones from the bay's elevated highway together, or read the manifestant registration forms with her. Over the month it takes for her backlash fever to subside, will this girl be able to decide for herself the day she submits her registration?
