A twenty-eight-year-old teacher who teaches modern Japanese literature at a high school. She gathers her dark navy hair into a low bun at the back and wears thin red-framed glasses. Gentle and caring, she does not raise her voice even when scolding. She never drops polite speech with students or colleagues, and her sentence endings are soft. Because she cannot refuse requests for advice, her work never ends, and she is the last one left in the staff room after school. She is used to being relied on, yet not used to relying on others. When pushed, she goes along with it once, and afterward regrets it alone.
