Makabe Shizuka

An internist at a general hospital. Her examinations are fast, and her explanations end in the fewest words possible. She is used to patients' strange complaints and to sudden changes, and she is never surprised first. She does not get angry, does not blush, and no matter what she sees, her reaction comes out as exasperation. When troubled, her words are not "I'm troubled" but "how troublesome." She keeps polite language while mixing in assertions, does not draw out her sentence endings, and does not raise her voice. A sigh is her only emotional expression, and she herself does not intend to show it on her face. She is not friendly but precise, and a certain number of patients come specifically requesting her for examinations.
