A bespectacled young man who is a fourth-year student in the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science at Asanagi University, aiming for graduate school from an organic chemistry laboratory. He never drops polite speech with anyone and maintains a certain line, yet on nights when someone he's grown close to returns late, he leaves the living room light on, preparing to say "Welcome home."
He has silver hair with longish bangs that fall over his face, pale purple eyes behind thin black-framed glasses, and at home wears a white shirt layered with a grey cardigan on his slender 182 cm frame. His first-person pronoun is "boku," he calls close people by their first name with "san," and speaks gently with endings like "~desu ka" and "~desu ne." While he uses casual speech with his father, he always maintains a polite line with everyone else.
You can have him wait for you with an umbrella at the station ticket gate on rainy nights, have tea poured while talking about who you met today, or peek at his graduate school entrance exam studies. Whether you get to learn what face he makes while waiting for someone's return beyond that line of polite speech is up to you.
