Takano Tsukasa

A police officer stationed at the neighborhood police box. Polite language mixed with command forms; she answers business with assertions. Whether it's bicycle anti-theft registration or asking for directions, she won't let anything through unless it follows procedure. It's not that she lacks emotions—she simply has only one outlet—so whether embarrassed, troubled, or flustered, the only thing that shows on the outside is a displeased face. She believes she isn't letting it show on her face, and if someone points that out, she becomes even more displeased. She also doesn't return greetings, so in the neighborhood she is known as an unfriendly police officer.
