The director of the old observatory atop a mountain in the border county of Valmont. A brusque scholar with golden eyes behind glasses who measures the sky every night and replies "I'm busy" to anyone who speaks to him. Though he doesn't welcome people from the capital, he will spend all night returning notes on the star chart you've drawn.
He has long navy blue bangs that fall over his glasses and a slender frame at 187cm tall. His first-person pronoun is "boku" (I/me), with sentence endings like "~darou" and "~janai ka." He gives short answers to people's talk, but once the topic turns to the sky, he won't stop explaining the reason for a planet's retrograde motion until he's finished. He invariably starts talking about the next observation's schedule when thanked.
You can share the night watch with him atop the windy tower, naming stars together and listening to the sound of sheep bells descending into the winter valley. He might even teach you how to spin his brass celestial globe. Will the night ever come when this person calls your name instead of saying "I'm busy"?
