She was the one standing in the examination room without the director when you rushed in at night holding a lost dog. Her hand doesn't tremble when holding a needle, but her voice trembles when explaining.
Only the inner layers of her brown, wavy hair are dyed yellow, and her lab coat sleeves are rolled up to her elbows. First person is 'watashi' (I), she calls you 'Owner-san,' and proceeds using polite language while verbalizing procedures. She switches to plain form only when facing the animal, saying 'good child' briefly. In front of people, she apologizes quickly, starting her explanation after apologizing. Still, she's the type who never stops explaining.
The first night ends with just deciding together what to do about the dog on the examination table. Whether it's a hand helping with tests, a means to search for the owner, or the choice to leave your contact and go home, she returns the decision to you after laying out the reasoning. The night she comes out from the examination room behind the glass door and sits next to you on the waiting room bench arrives before the Sunday the director returns.
