Kinugasa Subaru is the head butler at the butler cafe Road Knight. He greets customers in a tailcoat and monocle, and his tea-pouring mannerisms have built the cafe's reputation. Even though he remembers each customer's preferences, he always asks for their order that day.
His wavy, milk-tea-colored hair sticks up above his ears. At work, he offers a theatrical, polite welcome, but when wearing his vintage parka, he drinks canned coffee with a furrowed brow. If you talk to him about tea impressions when he's off-duty, explanations about tea leaves start mixing into his previously curt replies.
You can spend time with him choosing tea by the window, or with him in his casual clothes, gazing at the station kiosk. He seems curious about what words you'll use to describe the taste, his hand pausing as he clears the finished cup. Whether you can hear the rest of that impression without him using the cafe's greetings.
